Statement of Hator limited warranty

Hator guarantees to all users of its products that there is no defect in the used parts and work on the terms set out in this document. Due to conditions and limits that was shown below Hator company at own discretion will repair or made an exchange its product which has proven to be defective due to improper manufacturing quality or materials used. Repaired parts or products are provided by Hator to replace the defective parts on the basis of exchange for new or re-tested products. All re-tested products are tested for ensuring its functional compliance with new products. If Htaor does not have the opportunity to repair or replace the product, it will refund or offset the current value of the product at the price existing at the time of filing the claim, or at the purchase price (whichever is less at the time of offsetting the product). To do this, you must provide a purchase confirmation that shows the original date and place of purchase, as well as a description and cost of the products.

This limited warranty does not cover any product damage resulting from improper installation, assembly, accident, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive power supply, abnormal mechanical conditions or environmental conditions, as well as any unauthorized dismantling, repair or modification. This limited warranty is void if the product has not been used in accordance with the accompanying instructions or the product has not been used for its intended purpose.

This limited warranty does not apply to any product where the original identification information has been changed, destroyed or deleted.

Warranty Period

14 calendar days warranty

This warranty applies to the following Hator products within two weeks from the date of purchase by the original end user: Hator mousepads.

1 year warranty

This warranty applies to the following Hator products for one year from the date of purchase by the original enduser: Active and Sport seats.

2 years warranty

This warranty applies to the following Hator products within two weeks from the date of purchase by the original end user: chair’s series Hypersport, Emotion and Icon, gaming keyboards, gaming mice, headsets.

The procedure and mandatory conditions for the application of the guarantee claim

To use warranty service, you can return defective products to the authorized Hator dealer or distributor where this Hator product was purchased. Before returning the product, confirm the conditions for its return. As a general rule, return information must be accompanied by identification information, including the model number and serial number (if applicable) with a detailed description of the problem you encountered during its operation. You will need to provide a purchase’s proof. All returned parts or products become property of Hator in case of replacement or refund of funds upon receipt. The expenses of product’s delivery from the consumer to the dealer / distributor and back are reimbursed according to the current legislation of the country in which the warranty case takes place.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the foregoing is a full warranty for the products and supersedes all other warranties and statements in oral or written form.

In addition to the guarantees described above, Hator does not give any other guarantees for its products and rejects any guarantees that are not stated in this document.. Hator products can not be used as critical elements in life support systems, as well as in cases where failure or failure of products can lead to an accident or death. Hator shall not be liable for any person’s death, any harm or damage caused to people or property arising from the use of Hator products in any equipment, including, in particular, military or medical equipment, traffic and disaster prevention systems.

The total amount of Hator’s liability under this and any other warranty, express or implied, is limited to repair, replacement of products or refund. Hator is not liable to the purchaser or end user of Hator products for loss, expense, lost of data, lost revenue, lost profits and other incidental or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, use or inability to use Hator products.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, in addition to which you may have other rights that vary depending on the state and jurisdiction, information about which you can obtain at your local consumer protection center.
